Referral Policy: We’re grateful when our clients recommend us to other real estate professionals. As a thank-you, we offer the following referral incentive:

• When you refer another agent who completes their first paid shoot with us, you will receive a $50 referral credit.
• The referral credit will be applied to your next completed project.
• The agent you refer will receive $25 off their first order.
• Credits are issued one per referred agent, not per listing.
• Referral credits have no cash value and may not be transferred.
• Credits may be applied toward photography services or eligible add-on products.
• Referral credits must be used within 12 months of issuance.
• There is no limit to the number of referral credits you may earn.

Weather & Sky Policy:  We provide complimentary blue sky replacements for all primary exterior “hero” shots taken on overcast days. We will proceed with interior shoots during light rain. For exteriors, we can either utilize sky-replacement technology or offer one complimentary return trip (within 30 miles) to capture exterior shots once the weather clears. Rescheduling due to severe weather is free of charge if requested at least 4 hours prior to the appointment.

Property Readiness & Access: The property must be “photo-ready” at the scheduled appointment time. If the property is not ready upon arrival and the photographer is asked to wait, the first fifteen minutes will be free. After that a $50 per hour standby fee will apply. 

Return Trips: If a return trip is requested due to property unreadiness, lack of access, or post-shoot homeowner changes, a return trip fee of $75 (plus applicable travel fees) will apply. 

Square Footage Policy: Our pricing tiers are based on the Total Finished Square Footage of the property, which includes all finished living areas (above-grade and finished basements).

• Standard Inclusion: Unfinished basements, garages, and attics are not included in the square footage count. We provide up to two “courtesy shots” of these areas upon request.
• Audit Policy: We utilize professional scanning technology to verify home dimensions. Final measurements are based on our professional scan. If measurements from the scan exceed the tier selected at the time of booking, the final invoice will be automatically adjusted to the correct tier.
• Additional Structures: Detached guest houses, barns, or large workshops are not included in standard residential pricing and require a separate “Additional Structure” add-on fee.

Service Area & Travel Fees: A “Free Travel Zone” is established within a 35-mile radius of our home base in Pelham, AL.

• Extended Travel: For any property located outside of the 35-mile radius, a travel fee of $1.50 per mile will be applied. This fee is calculated based on the one-way distance from our base address to the property, minus the 35-mile allowance.
• Tolls & Parking: Any parking fees or road tolls incurred during travel to or from a property will be added to the final invoice.
